Do you want to attract bees to your garden?
Join a Bee-friendly Garden workshop to find out what to plant in your garden to attract both honey and native bees. Get an understanding about the foraging habits of honey bees and sources of nectar and pollen. Led by local beekeepers and horticulturalists, you will also learn about substances commonly used in domestic gardens that are harmful to bees and how to best adapt gardening practices accordingly.
Taste and explore the varieties of delicious honey produced from different flowering species.
All teaching materials and take home information book are included.
