Dean Patton, General Manager, Devro. - An international leadership story!

Dean is the General Manager at the Australian operation of Devro which is an industry leading multi-national raw material supplier to the food industry. The Devro operation based in the Central West NSW is a 24/7 production facility employing over 250.

Prior to Devro, Dean was the Operations & Engineering Leader at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Sydney and held various other Leadership, Continuous Improvement and Operational roles for over 10 years.

During this time, Dean was awarded Pfizer Leader of the year, Colleague of the year for outstanding performance and was a member of the Leadership team for a site when awarded multiple global awards for Customer Service, Operational Excellence and People engagement.

Dean is an honours graduate in Chemistry from University College Dublin, Ireland and holds an MBA (Exec) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).
