Thank you for purchasing tickets for Didgeridoo Pranayama Mullumbimby
The event is a light hearted journey with the breath the focus is on engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, creating good clear energy. It's best to eat early and come quite light as the style of breathing engages the belly and too much food inhibits the flow of energy through the system.
We will start on time and there is no late entries after 11.15.
Please bring a yoga Mat, cushion and thin blanket + water

Didgeridoo Pranayama is a breathing practice distinct from other breathing practices. It is also not a didgeridoo class. It's focus is on energising the para-sympathetic nervous system and creating good clear energy on the inside. The focus is on the relaxed exhale. It is not a breathwork/rebirthing emotional expression workshop. The thread is the music and the way the group moves together, breathing as one.
More About Didgeridoo Pranayama:
World-renowned musician Si Mullumby has developed a unique, uplifting workshop using the sound of didgeridoo, meditation and breathwork to cultivate prana - life-force energy. Experience the powerful resonance of the didgeridoo that will guide a collective journey through breath into a grounded, blissful state of energy and clarity.
From meditation on sacred sound of Aum, you’ll transition into the special repetitive breathing technique, held in motion by the vibration of the didgeridoo. Experience the primeval, rhythmic oscillations that will activate the para-sympathetic nervous system to ground and connect you to spirit.
Didgeridoo Pranayama is a workshop that offers all the virtues of playing didgeridoo without all the years that it takes to master. For the first time Si is sharing his life’s work exploring the power of breathing patterns as a tool for actively exploring the inner realms.
