Join us for the free ‘Recreation for All’ – A Knox Recreation & Leisure Expo! This All-Inclusive event welcomes everyone to explore, enjoy, and connect, offering a variety of adaptive sports, accessible recreation activities, and inclusive leisure options for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re looking to stay active, discover new resources, or just have fun in a welcoming space, there’s something for everyone!

The event is indoors, wheelchair/walker friendly, and perfect for a rainy day.

The following activities require advance booking in the sub booking category.

• 1:15-2:15 PM: Dancing
• 2:25-2:55 PM: Meditation
• 3:30-4:30 PM: Line Dancing

Other activities available without booking:

• Interactive Court
• Pickleball
• Armchair Travel
• Seniors Park

A coffee van will be on site between 1:45-2:45 PM, so grab a free coffee and chat to the stall holders.
