Antipasto boards - Selection of cured meats, gin-cured Atlantic salmon, vegetable crudites, dips, lavosh

Cold Selection

• Chef selection of seafood
• Charcuterie Board, cold cut meats, olives, pickles, bread
• Caprese platter

Hot Selection

• Smoked beef brisket infused with Rosemary & Thyme
• Honey and mustard glazed ham
• Roast turkey 
• Roast Berkshire sucking pig
• Local fish 

Sides / Salads / all the Trimmings

• Selection of salads 
• Crispy Potato, szechwan salt
• Baby carrot
• Sauteed greens
• Freshly baked house bread
• Selection of sauces

Desserts - selection of Christmas treats

$175 per adult, includes: a glass of sparkling or beer on arrival, buffet & soft drinks
$80 per child (5 – 12 years), includes: Buffet & soft drinks (children 4 & under are free)

Menu is subject to change at the discretion of the Chef & Wharf One Food & Wine management.  

To reserve a table, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. In the event of a cancellation, we require a minimum of ten (10) days notice to issue a full refund of the ticketed price. If your reservation is cancelled with nine (9) days or less notice, we must be able to resell the table in full to issue a full refund.  No refund is available if you cancel on or after the 21st December.  15% service fee applies for any charges occuring on the day of event, due to public holiday rates.
