AAC Assessment & Implementation full day training
Participants will learn about:
- Considerations and tools for AAC assessment
- Using the SETT framework
- Feature matching with hands-on exploration of different language systems
- Goal setting
- Foundational AAC implementation strategies
- Practical strategies and tools for implementing AAC in different environments
- Supporting communication partners
- Data collection and reviewing progress
Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea will be provided. Please email qld@liberator.net.au with dietary requirements by 16th April.
This training is designed for:
- Speech Pathologists supporting AAC users
This is a face to face training events held over 6 hours. This session will not be recorded or offered online.
