Meet the coaches

Dylan Nexhip, Head Coach
Dylan takes the reins for the 2027 Super Netball season after two seasons as Assistant Coach, and he knows the pathway well. He has worked alongside the QBE Swifts Academy coaches and helped spot rising talent across NSW competitions. Before the Swifts, he led North Shore United in the Netball NSW Premier League, steering them to a Minor Premiership in 2024. As a player, he captained Australia's Kelpies for five years.

Jo Harten MBE, Assistant Coach
A true great of world netball, Jo has 117 England caps, a Commonwealth Games gold medal and a decade of Super Netball brilliance behind her. Now she's turning that knowledge to coaching, as Assistant Coach for 2027 after joining the Swifts in a specialist role this season. She has also been Technical Coach for the English Roses since 2023 and for the South West Mounties Magic in the IMB Bank Premier League.
