Proudly supported by the Foundation for Rural Regional Renewal (FRRR), this is a hands-on and interactive workshop.  You will discover different fermentation techniques, variations to recipes as well as the 'how to' on correcting faults and perfecting your own Ginger Beer.

Along with tasting various Ginger Beers, this workshop will include a light dinner.  Facilitated by winemaker Bruce Humphrey-Smith this is a a not to be missed event.

Numbers are strictly limited and catering is supplied so bookings are essential! (Restricted to 18 years and over).

As per the current QLD Public Health Orders, full vaccination is a condition of entry to this workshop. Fully vaccinated means a person has had the required two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and proof of vaccination will be required to attend.
