ACTRFS 2025–2026 Pre-Season Preparedness: Service Fitness Testing

We are conducting all-of-service fitness testing as part of the ACTRFS 2025–2026 Pre-Season Preparedness program. This is open to all members who wish to attend and complete their desired fitness level.

To participate, please ensure you complete the required Work Capacity Test Pre-Questionnaire prior to attending.
