Friday - 4pm we begin with a class of Yoga Chi Gung (this is a gentle stretch to guide the flow of energy thru the chakras, meridians and body), bringing us to a wonderful balance to bring more peace, connection and joy to the weekend.  This is followed by dinner and a beautiful sharing circle to get to know each other.

Saturday - we love to walk to the beach for a partner yoga class and a swim for some.  After breakfast we move into a workshop tba, and a guided Zen Thai Shiatsu massage class.  This is loads of fun and easy to do .... done fully clothed.

After lunch we will have a little lie down while experiencing a One World Academy Detox Brain Meditation for an hour.  We will update our activities closer to the date.  Sure to be fun.

If we have any energy left we will have a yoga class before dinner followed in the evening with musical entertainment.

Sunday - We energise our body with a class of Yoga Chi Gung, followed by a Meditation to bring clarity and beauty to our experiences and we really have not looked into workshops from outside our YCG at this very early date.
