Exercise is Medicine Deniliquin

Terri Bootsman graduated from Ballarat University (now Federation Uni) in 2006 as an Exercise Physiologist, and after all these years she is still just as passionate about helping people improve their lifestyle and health through exercise.

The workshop will focus on the importance of exercise and referrals. It will give participants the confidence to engage their patients in a conversation about physical activity, and that they have the resources and referral pathways they need to support long term behaviour change in their patients.
