Event Details

Join us for a delicious Sunday lunch paired with Shaw + Smith Wines.

Shaw + Smith make wines exclusively from the Adelaide Hills, from varieties that suit the cooler climate: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. They own two vineyards, in Lenswood and Balhannah.

We will be joined by speaker Dan Coward, Trade Sales and Education. Dan is a wine professional who has worked in the winery, distribution, and retail areas of the industry. In 2012 he passed the introductory Court of Master Sommeliers exams and became an approved WSET wine educator. He joined Shaw + Smith in 2014.

ocean trout ceviche, ruby grapefruit, orange, jalapeño, lime, coriander

Second course
confit pork belly, roasted baby carrots, carrot purée, hazelnut dukkah, tarragon oil
2017 Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay


Third course
mustard and sage roasted lamb, beetroot purée, charred asparagus, native pepper berry jus
2018 Shaw + Smith Pinot Noir


Fourth course
selection of local and imported cheeses served with quince paste, lavosh, grilled bread, fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit
