Lifting Techniques - we all know the basics, but is it practical to train for perfection every time? Are there cases and situations where training lumbar flexion might even be useful and preferred? Its a fascinating question and there is an argument to be made for each side of this debate. Come and learn the pros and cons, when we should and shouldn't be looking for lumbar flexion and how and when to load your patients appropriately. 

Also covered will be non lifting based exercises that require some sort of loading through the lumbar spine, and of course appropriate progressions for clients with current or past back pain.
