Grandma’s Treasured Shoes

By Coral Vass, illustrated by Christina Huynh

Grandma has oodles and oodles of shoes. So why are these scratched and dusty ones so special?

Grandma’s Treasured Shoes is a sensitively told story that helps children to understand the plight of refugees and appreciate the contribution that refugees have made in shaping this nation.

To celebrate Harmony Day and cultural diversity activities across the country, join author Coral Vass and illustrator Christina Huynh for an interactive book reading and craft activities.

Suitable for ages 4–8 years.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
