Entrées:

Natural oyster served in a mignonette dressing and lemon.

Seared Scallop in a half shell served with a chilli garlic toss and Asian slaw

Mains:

Chicken Breast served with a mushroom risotto, crisp prosciutto and saffron butter reduction.

150g Medium Rare Flat Iron Steak served with bone marrow, broccolini and wagyu fat roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary.

Dessert:

Bittersweet dark chocolate panna cotta served with chilli cinnamon chocolate bark and Jaffa dollop cream.
