Award winning chef Ian Curley transports his hatted restaurant “The French Saloon” to the heritage surrounds of Craig’s Royal Hotel for one night only. Featuring French country style dishes from his popular Melbourne restaurant, paired with a carefully curated selection of French and local regional wines with each course, for diners to compare.
