Join us in July for a mindful art session using paint by numbers, created as a grounding space to soften grief and gently bring focus back to the present moment.
When we lose a baby or child, there is a deep, often unspoken sorrow that can feel heavy to carry. At times, thoughts and emotions can feel too overwhelming to express, and this can leave us feeling alone in our grief.
This session offers a simple, accessible way to be with what you’re feeling, without pressure or expectation. Through the steady, calming process of paint by numbers, you will be gently guided to focus on colour, shape, and creation. This repetitive, mindful practice can help quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and offer a moment of grounding in the midst of grief.
There is no need to be “artistic” or creative. This is not about the outcome, but about allowing yourself time to slow down and simply be.
This is a gentle space for reflection, connection, and peace. Come as you are, and leave feeling a little lighter.
- All materials are provided, along with coffee/tea and light snacks in our office space.
A gentle note that these sessions are not formal support groups, but gentle, mindful practices designed to help you move through your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. This is a gentle space for reflection, connection, and peace.
Wherever you are on your journey—whether you are currently pregnant, trying to conceive, or navigating life after loss—you are so welcome here. Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, this space is open to all who have experienced the loss of a baby or child. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family members, and friends walking alongside someone they love.
