Every year, the Sydney Peace Prize brings the Sydney community together to talk about peace, justice and nonviolence, and to honour some of the world’s most inspiring peacemakers.

Global women-led movement of solidarity with survivors of sexual violence and harassment­­­­­ Me Too has won the 2019 Sydney Peace Prize. Tarana Burke and Tracey Spicer will receive the Prize on behalf of the movement. 

Join us on Friday 15 November to celebrate Me Too's 2019 Sydney Peace Prize at the annual Sydney Peace Prize Gala Dinner. 

Me Too will receive 2019 Sydney Peace Prize "For empowering survivors of sexual harassment and violence, and elevating their voices; for championing truth and justice; for highlighting the breadth and impact of sexual violence worldwide; and for launching a demand for change that is sweeping the world."

This wonderful evening offers you an intimate opportunity to meet Movement founder Tarana Burke and Australian Me Too leader Tracey Spicer AM, hear from inspiring speakers including Jane Caro AM, and celebrate the Prize with great company at a spectacular fully catered three-course dinner.

The annual Sydney Peace Prize Dinner is the Foundation’s fundraising event of the year, and your attendance will help us continue awarding the Sydney Peace Prize to recognise and support global leaders for peace and justice. Guests will once again be able to bid on fantastic items and experiences in our silent auction.
