Hailing from Saint Louis, the city that launched the careers of Albert King, Chuck Berry, Grant Green, Henry Townsend, Johnnie Johnson, Fontella Bass, Ike and Tina Turner, Little Milton, Miles Davis, Oliver Sain, comes Kingdom Brothers. A contemporary Blues band drawing from their city’s musical roots.

Formed in 2005 by bass player Bob Walther with the goal of doing songs no one else was performing with a heavy emphasis on original material. Combining his years of playing alongside Johnnie Johnson. Oliver Sain, members of the Ike Turner band and Sunday morning gospel sets at church gave Bob the concept for kingdom Brothers.

Chris Shepherd provides power house real deal vocals and rhythm guitar.

Ron Roskowske a masterful guitarist weaves his way in and out of classic blues, rock and jazz.

Kingdom Brothers are featured artists in The National Blues Museum in America. The title cut “Times Hard” is featured in the Spike Lee produced movie, “Cronies.”

Joining them on the Australian tour is keys player Rick Melick, drummers Rosscoe Clark and Tony Boyd.

Multiple award-winning Blues artist Darren Jack has been electrifying audiences with his signature powerhouse Rock ‘n’ Blues and original music for the last twenty years. Jack has taken out 5 Australian Blues Music Awards and has won the Sydney Blues Challenge an unprecedented two times, in 2012 (Band category) and in 2014 (Solo category). He has represented Australia in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee in 2013, and also in 2015.

His music will take you from blistering, gut wrenching blues to smooth melodies that will soothe your soul. Jack’s honesty and commitment are the real deal.
