Join psychologist, mindfulness, meditation and yoga teacher, Anna Davies for a weekend retreat to NURTURE and CONNECT.

How often do you give yourself the opportunity to REALLY nurture yourself? What does nurturing look like and feel like for you?

Do you notice how when you feel nurtured; have time to be with yourself, replenish, restore, and find space to just be, you feel more connected? Perhaps more connected to yourself. Perhaps more connected to your loved ones. Perhaps even more connected to life itself!

Held at the beautiful off-grid farm/homestead, Riverdale, in the heart of the Yarra Valley.

This retreat will offer that all so necessary time and space for you to give back to yourself in a gentle, nurturing environment where there are no other tasks or demands or distractions and you can fully immerse yourself in practices designed to restore a sense of presence, balance, ease and connection.

Through a variety of healing practices, including gentle yoga, meditation, mindfulness and self compassion practices and nature walks my aim is to provide a nurturing environment and space to really just be.

These practices are designed to calm and rebalance your nervous system to counter the experience of stress, find space from habitual thought patterns which may keep you locked in a cycle of stress, worry or self judgment as well as build resources of presence, open-heartedness, grounded-ness, self compassion, loving kindness and a healing connection with the natural environment that surrounds you.
