Truffle season and the Canberra Fireside Festival is almost upon us...
To celebrate, Gundog Estate has teamed up with Blue Frog Truffle Farm and Grazing Restaurant to bring to you a Truffle Hunt and Lunch event!
At the Blue Frog Farm, Wayne Haslam (truffle grower extraordinaire!), will educate you on all things regarding growing truffles in the Canberra District. After exploring, and digging up some fresh truffles, the bus will then ferry you to the Gundog Estate Cork St. Cellar, to enjoy a wine-matched, truffle infused, three course lunch in front of the fireplace.A shuttle bus service will collect and return guests from the city centre.
