Stuttering Frog Release and Working Bee

So many pieces of this project puzzle have been coming together over the past 2 years for this moment - the release of Stuttering Frog individuals into the creek at Riversdale! 

Many committed volunteers and our project team have contributed significant time to preparing the site including weed control, tree planting, site maintenance, feral pest control; and preparing the frogs including capture, breeding, chytrid testing and monitoring. Along with some crossed-fingers for decent rain, we are ready to reintroduce the Stuttering Frog to the Cambewarra Range, starting at Riversdale.

Join us on Sunday 23rd June for this momentous occasion and get your hands dirty as we plant trees to further enhance the habitat. The working bee will be followed by included lunch.  Contact coordinator@shoalhavenlandcare.org.au with special dietary requirements.
