KIDS & FOOD: the links to behaviour & practical tips for your growing people.

Could the food your child is eating or not eating be affecting their behaviour, mood, learning, sleep or anxiety? Are you keen to “check in” to make sure you are on the right path in your family food journey?  Would you like fun, stress free strategies to encourage your child to eat more fruits and vegetables?

Come and join Alive and Curious as we delve into the latest research around the links between food and behaviour with Cody Kennedy, Naturopath from CK Health.

Learn with us as Michelle Newby, Occupational Therapist from Stepping Stones Occupational Therapy, provides us with some fun, stress free practical strategies to help our children increase their fruit and veggie intake.

Network with other like minded parents who are also pulling their hair out at dinner time 😜
