Understanding and responding to child sexual assault: Legal and clinical processes for the MLHD

This session will provide GP’s with the clinical knowledge, practical skills and information necessary to identify and appropriately respond to child sexual assault (disclosed or suspected) in alignment with mandatory reporting obligations. It also aims to raise awareness of the local networks and services which respond to child sexual assault, as well as highlight access points and referrals pathways for those who have been victims.
