Brisbane Women in Tourism Lunch

We hope you can join us for the first Brisbane Women in Tourism Leadership Lunch. An event for all people working in the travel and tourism industry focused on women's career development, plus a place to network, connect with others and share stories. 

The theme for the August event is; Adapting to Change: insights on adjusting and thriving through changes in family, career and life.

We will have three guest panelists join us over lunch at the gorgeous new The Calile Hotel in Fortitude Valley. 

Kate Duffy: Marketing Program Director at Tourism and Events Queensland

Hannah Statham: Chief of strategy, ideation and content at Media Mortar, a Brisbane-based content marketing agency that specialises in the tourism industry. Hannah was also the recipient of the Queensland Tourism Young Achiever Award in 2018.

Leonie Vandeven: Head of Media and Corporate Communications at Brisbane Airport Corporation

Lunch kicks off at midday with a welcome glass of bubbles followed by a sit down two-course lunch at 12.30 while we enjoy the panel discussion. The event will wrap up by 2.30 so you have plenty of time to get back to the office, or hang around at the Calile bar and network further.
