Our culinary journey through Italy continues, and this time we're taking you to the breathtaking Ligurian Coast, where colourful fishing villages cling to the cliffs, the Mediterranean sparkles below, and food is a celebration of the sea, the land and centuries of Italian tradition.

From the glamour of Portofino to the charming villages of Cinque Terre and the historic streets of Genoa, Liguria is famous for its fresh seafood, fragrant herbs, exceptional olive oil, delicate pasta and wonderful regional wines.

👨🍳 Curated by Chef Francesco, our six-course degustation celebrates the authentic flavours of this beautiful coastal region.

Enjoy traditional Genoese focaccia and Ligurian specialities, crispy Fritto Misto di Mare, tender veal with salsa verde, handmade-style Pansoti with creamy walnut sauce, and the rich, aromatic flavours of Coniglio alla Ligure, slow-braised rabbit with Taggiasca olives, pine nuts and white wine.

We'll finish with a little sweetness from Sassello, famous for its traditional soft almond amaretti.

🍷 Each course will be complemented by carefully selected wine pairings, taking you on a journey through the flavours and vineyards of Italy.

But as always, it's about more than just the food and wine.

It's about sharing stories, discovering new flavours, making friends and enjoying a long, leisurely Italian Sunday lunch together.
