VIOLET HARBOUR is a sultry alternative rock band defined by their blend of atmospheric vocals & raw, textured instrumentation. Violet Harbour are carving their way into Sydney’s alt-rock scene, blending a hazy 90s nostalgia with a fresh, modern edge. What began as a handful of songs written by CHIARA MACCIONI soon evolved into the foundation of Violet Harbour. Together, they discovered a shared, unique sound that blends all their personal inspiration as well as raw emotion & melodic grit.  Chiara’s whimsical, intimate vocals contrast with Marcus’ magnetic raw guitar sound & Lex & Siobhan’s driving groove.  Currently working with producer Paul McKercher on their debut EP, Violet Harbour are shaping a unique sound that captures the nostalgia of the 90s whilst embracing a bold, contemporary edge - music that feels both familiar & entirely their own.
