If your wardrobe is full of pieces you’ve loved but barely worn, this is your chance to pass them on, earn a little back, and spend a stylish Sunday surrounded by other women who love fashion as much as you do.

• Own Australian or international designer pieces or just really well-made, standout finds
• Appreciate fabrics, cuts, and labels that make an outfit feel special
• Want to clear your wardrobe and give your pieces a second life
• Enjoy a social Sunday with a little buzz and a touch of style

No ultra fast-fashion (Temu, Shein, etc.) please.

💸 Your Rack & Space — $99 (Rack Provided)

This format is not suited to flea market-style or bulk floor setups. It is very different from our other locations and works best for a more curated rack presentation with a tight edit of stock.

We keep it simple. You get:

• 1.8m clothing rack (provided)
• Rack Space for approx. 50 - 60 items
• Bottom of rack for shoes - up to 12 pairs
• Tiny 0.9m round dry-bar table for a couple accessories, bags, etc.

You’re welcome to use the space directly under your rack and table, however this is strictly limited to your allocated footprint (approx. 0.9m width). Items cannot spill out beyond this area into walkways.

This setup is designed to support a considered, edited selection of pieces that are easy to browse and beautifully presented on your rack.

Under the table/rack area you may place a very small amount of stock, shoes or small boxes only.
Please note shoes are not to be placed on top of the table, and storage under the table is limited due to the pole structure (nothing bulky or oversized, approx. max 40cm x 40cm).

💸 NEW TABLE OPTION Your Table & Space — $99 (Table Provided)

This format is designed for sellers with collections that are best folded rather than hung.

Perfect for tees, denim, knits, activewear, bags, accessories.on top of the table and shoes underneath the table!

We keep it simple. You get:

• Large display table 2m x 1m (provided)
• Space directly underneath your table for shoes, tubs or extra stock
• This option does not include a clothing rack.

You’re welcome to use the space underneath your table however you like within your allocated area, shoes, or suitcases. Please note no shoes on top of tables please.

This setup is ideal for a well-edited collection of folded pieces that shoppers can easily browse through.

🗓 The Day

Seller access: Doors open from 11am sharp.
(No early set-up due to venue hours. Thank you for your understanding.)
Shoppers: 12–4pm
Entry: $3 (free after 3pm)

🚚 How It Works ~ Wheel-In / Wheel-Out

• Arrive after 10:30 and unload in street or at Waterloo car park (move your car to a free or paid - $10 car park)
• Doors open to set-up at 11am (we only get access to set-up the space that morning, so we need the time to prepare, thank you for your patience)
• Wheel your rack in, set up, and settle into your space
• At the end of the day, just collect your car, wheel your stuff out, stress-free
• Street parking may be available in the surrounding streets.
• If you like to have a back-up plan, take advantage of $10 parking at 1024 Ann St.

Your experience starts before you even arrive.
Here’s how to get the most from your space and make it a fun, purposeful day:

Curate Your Rack Thoughtfully – Give each piece room to breathe. 50–60 garments per rack works well. Add your shoes at the bottom, and use the high “dry-bar” table (0.9 m diameter) for bags and accessories.
This is your mini-shop for the day.

Get Social – Share your rack on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok in the days leading up to the event. Posting what people can expect is like creating a digital catalog of your collection in shoppers minds!  Good pictures help shoppers know what you’re offering and get excited to visit your space.
It's great content, and essential for good sales!

Price Strategically – Shoppers love finding quality pieces at bargain prices!

Spread the Word – Invite friends, family, and your networks. Share the facebook event link, and let people know you’ll be there. More visitors mean a better day for everyone!
