Your Rack & Space: $99

This format works best for a curated edit of your wardrobe rather than a bulk floor setup.

You get:

• 1.8m clothing rack provided
• Space for approx. 50–60 items
• Bottom of rack for up to 12 pairs of shoes
• 0.9m round dry-bar table for accessories, bags etc.
• Small amount of space underneath for shoes, stock or small boxes

Please keep everything within your allocated footprint so walkways stay clear. Shoes are not to be displayed on top of the table. Storage underneath is limited due to the pole structure, so please keep it to small items only (approx. 40cm x 40cm max).

We’re trialling two new spaces at the venue, so you can choose your preferred setup:

BAR AREA or LOUNGE AREA

Each space includes:

• 2 x 1.8m clothing rack provided
• Space for approx. 50–60 items per rack
• Bottom of rack for up to 12 pairs of shoes
• 0.9m round dry-bar table for accessories, bags etc.
• Small amount of space underneath for shoes, stock or small boxes

Shoes can be displayed on the ground only. 

These areas give you a little more room to create your own mini wardrobe shop and bring a larger edit of stock.

🗓 The Day

Seller access: Doors open from 11am sharp.
(No early set-up due to venue hours. Thank you for your understanding.)
Shoppers: 12–4pm
Entry: $3 (free after 3pm)

🚚 How It Works ~ Wheel-In / Wheel-Out

• Arrive after 10:30 and unload in street or at Waterloo car park (move your car to a free or paid - $10 car park)
• Doors open to set-up at 11am (we only get access to set-up the space that morning, so we need the time to prepare, thank you for your patience)
• Wheel your rack in, set up, and settle into your space
• At the end of the day, just collect your car, wheel your stuff out, stress-free
• Street parking may be available in the surrounding streets.
• If you like to have a back-up plan, take advantage of $10 parking at 1024 Ann St.

Here’s how to get the most from your space and make it a fun, purposeful day:

Curate Your Rack Thoughtfully – Give each piece room to breathe. 50–60 garments per rack works well. Add your shoes at the bottom, and use the high “dry-bar” table (0.9 m diameter) for bags and accessories.
This is your mini-shop for the day.

Get Social – Share your rack on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok in the days leading up to the event. Posting what people can expect is like creating a digital catalog of your collection in shoppers minds!  Good pictures help shoppers know what you’re offering and get excited to visit your space.
