In this New Year Intention 3-hour Yin Yoga workshop you will be nourished and empowered to move forward into 2020.

Yin yoga can supports and harmonises the energy of our body, through the meridian system, bringing great benefits to our health, well-being, energy levels and vitality.

The New Year can be a great time to reflect on the past year, and to clarify what we are calling in for the next year.

In this New Year Intention workshop we take the time to rest and nourish our bodies and our souls through Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

It is the peak of Summer, a time when we can harness the energy of the element of fire, and open our heart with specific Yin Yoga postures. Through meditation and Yoga Nidra we connect with our deeper desires and create a personalised 'Sankalpa' (a deeper soul intention) for the year ahead.

• Meditation, Sharing and Intention Setting
• Seasonal Yin Yoga Practice
• Yoga Nidra Practice

These workshops are now open to men and women. No yoga experience is necessary. Beginners and advanced yoga students are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary. However, Yin Yoga can be seen as a more ‘advanced’ practice, where it requires some mind body awareness.
