Find your new way to move across Knox
An opportunity for Carers to connect with other carers and enjoy an easy 30 min walk and meet guest walkers.
Participants must be providing unpaid care to a person living with a Disability or Mental health concern. and live, work or play in Knox City Council.
Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes, bring a hat and a water bottle.
A complimentary hot drink will be provided.
This activity is hosted by Knox City Council
We welcome and encourage everyone to view the range of activities on offer for Move Your Way to determine what would suit their needs and abilities.
