Sexually Transmitted Infections Update

There are increasing trends of STI notifications in MLHD over the past decade and evidence of the need for continuing STI education in the Murrumbidgee area. 

Using case studies, Dr Kym Collins will present the current information on Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and Blood Borne Viruses (BBVs). This STI update will focus on the different ways patients may present with Syphilis, Mycoplasma Genitalium and Gonorrhoea and provide information on the current STI testing tool and resources available to primary health care providers.
