Event Details

Take your love of drinking bourbon to the next, elevated level with an entertaining and informative bourbon masterclass and dinner featuring four different tastings of Wild Turkey Bourbon hosted by brand ambassador Luca Baioni. This elegant dinner includes  food exquisitely prepared by the Head Chef Ryley Copeman and his team.


As you arrive you will enjoy a refreshing Wild Cup on arrival with canapés.


As you eat, you will enjoy sample of Wild Turkey Rye, Wild Turkey Longbranch, Wild Turkey101, Wild Turkey Master's Keep 1894 that have been paired to match each dish, plus lessons about the liquor from bourbon master Luca Baioni 


The menu is designed around the use of our unique Josper charcoal oven/grill. fuelled only by mallee coal, it contributes unique aromas and flavours that no other oven or grill can produce.!!!!
