Welcome to the St Mary’s Catholic College Music Program's Primary School camp day 2025

Date: Thursday August 14th 2024
Time: 8:30am-2:30pm
Location: St Mary's Catholic College Woree. Please meet inside the Hugh O'Brien Centre (HOB), between 8:00 and 8:30am. 

Instrumental students in the primary schools of St. Gerard Majella, Our Lady Help of Christians, Peace Lutherin, MacKillop Catholic College and St. Michael’s are invited to attend our Primary School Instrumental Music Camp day, hosted by St. Mary’s Catholic College. On the day we will also be forming a combined choir for two singing sessions. 

The plan for the day is below. This camp day will substitute for your music that week as it is an intensive day with much to be gained musically and socially. 

Schedule 
8:30am - Meet in the Hugh O’Brien Centre at St. Mary’s (Divide into ensemble sessions). 

Session 1 8:35-9:40 am.

Break 9:40-10:00am (Morning Tea)

Session 2 10:00-11:00am

Short break (5 mins)

Session 3 11:05-12:15pm

Break - Lunch 12:15-12:45

Session 4 12:45-1:20pm

Session 5 1:20-2:00 (Prepare for presentation in the Auditorium).

2:00-2:30 Presentation to parents/care givers

2:30pm Conclude

Dress for the day is formal school uniform. Please bring your lunch and morning tea.

There will be a $25 participation fee for each child and payment is made online using the Sticky Tickets website.

Please do not pay any money to the school front office or to any school internet banking accounts. All Instrumental Music payments are to be made online here.
