Our Guest Speaker is the gorgeous Alison Hoffmann. Sharing her personal story and insights, she is  joined by special Guest  Chef Renato Di Stefano who will be delighting us with a 'Taste of Italy'! As we enjoy his culinary samples and fabulous wines, we will be taken on a special journey that will ignite our senses and provide an extra insight on other exciting journeys we will be sharing.

After an early career as a Teacher, Alison has enjoyed over 40 years in the Travel Industry initially Managing the family travel business, then appointed Manager of State Travel which was the Travel Division of the now People’s Choice Credit Union with three branches and twenty staff.

With her Husband Phil, Alison pioneered and hosted the now iconic Phil Hoffmann Travel Escorted Touring programme to time favoured destinations such as Canada & Alaska, European River Cruising and Ocean cruising tours. With a passion for travel and most things Italian, Alison also established the Lifestyle Programme with Renato DiStefano which includes Italian Cooking Classes, Language Classes and small group immersion tours to Italy and Sicily.

Alison has four adult daughters and is a hands-on Grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren.
