SMSF investments in business premises can be a financially sound decision, particularly for medical professionals. The advantages of owning your medical rooms in your superfund are significant e.g. asset protection, tax efficiency – reduce your tax liability legally and faster ownership via faster debt reduction.

These advantages, whilst significant, are not without risk and the compliance requirements for SMSF are also stringent.

This seminar will arm you with the facts to allow you to make the best decision. Join us to explore:

  • How you can buy your rooms in a SMSF.
  • The costs and risks to be aware of.
  • How to borrow to buy property in a SMSF.
  • The effect of recent government proposals on SMSF borrowing

Transport & Parking

Our building is very close to St Leonards train station or buses along the Pacific Highway. Nearby street parking is mostly 2hr metered and is quite limited as there is a lot of construction happening in the area, however there are two carparks where you can pre-book a space:

  1. https://parkmonkey.com.au/ - operate casual car parking spaces in our building (69 Christie Street, ST LEONARDS). You will need to pre-book a space via the ParkMonkey website and use the code emailed to you to access the carpark.  Please make sure that you only park in Park Monkey labelled spaces as cars incorrectly parked do get clamped/towed.
  2. Wilson carpark - almost opposite our building.
