LISA CURRY OAM is a triple Olympian and homegrown Aussie success story.

She has lived her life in the public eye for four decades – as the golden girl of Australian swimming, to a ‘super mum’, highly successful businesswoman and now a proud grannie. 

In 1982 she was made a Member of the Order of British Empire (MBE) and awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 1994 in recognition of her swimming achievements.

She bravely shared her life in her 2022 Memoir 60 Years of Life, which became a number one bestseller in it’s first week. While Lisa has had some highs and lows, she remains one of our most loved Australian icons.

She is now co-founder of Happy Healthy You and has dedicated her business focus into balancing life, health and wellbeing with renowned naturopath Jeff Butterworth. centered on how to sleep better, balance your hormones, nourish your body and regain your health. We can't wait to hear the secrets of living better from Lisa on May 8.
