The Winter Solstice - Also known as Yule, is the celebration of the goddess- the moon energy

Celebrating rituals and traditions honouring the pagan roots of solstice.

The ancients knew that the winter solstice was the longest night of the year - and that meant the sun was beginning its long journey back towards the earth.......... it was a time of celebration and for rejoicing in the knowledge that soon, the warm days of spring would return, and the dormant earth would come back to life, as the days onward begin to get lighter with the changing season, we also rejoice in the light of our own inner compass and the light of yoga.

It's a time of celebration, regeneration, renewal and self-reflection.
