This Breathwork Journey is for those seeking a safe place to journey inward. The evening is designed to help you release what holds you back, re‑centre your nervous system, and reset your body and soul.

Breathwork Session

You will be gently led through conscious‑connected breathing, a practice shown to ease stress and anxiety, dissolve emotional blockages, and awaken inner vitality. Safety is paramount in every session we hold, creating a welcoming space for newcomers to ask questions and feel fully supported while navigating powerful healing journeys. The breathwork invites you to tap your own capacity for growth and lasting emotional and mental balance.

This 2.5 hour evening supports

About Jake Loreto

Jake Loreto is a certified Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Practitioner, Kinesiologist, and Nervous System Integrator with more than ten years of experience guiding deep emotional and somatic healing. His own journey through anxiety and depression led him to the transformative power of breath, body‑based practices, and nervous‑system regulation. Jake is known for creating emotionally safe, grounded spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves and move through what is ready to be felt. Whether in group journeys, retreats, or one‑on‑one sessions, he holds a steady, heart‑led space for honest, embodied transformation.
