Join us these school holidays to create cyanotype sun prints!

To coincide with our exhibition Fit to Print: Defining Moments from the Fairfax Photo Archive, we're partnering with PhotoAccess ACT to present a special school holiday workshop.

Participants will explore the Fit to Print exhibition and experience producing a cyanotype sun print. Cyanotyping is a very early photo imaging process developed in the 1840s using UV light, and (harmless) chemical reaction patterns and shapes can be captured.

There will also be an opportunity during the session to experiment with Polaroid photography.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 8 and over, but younger children can participate with parental supervision. All craft material will be supplied.

There are two activity sessions available for bookings at 10am and 11am.
