Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network is proud to bring HammondCare’s Last Days community workshops to the region –  understand what to expect, dispel common myths, and gain practical tools for this important time.

Delivered by palliative and dementia care specialists, these sessions will help you feel more confident and supported when caring for someone in their final days.
