Foundations of Governance Workshop. 

Please can all participants bring along a copy of the Constitution of their incorporated association/s to the training.

This face to face public workshop is aimed at supporting the committee/board members of local incorporated associations.

• Roles and responsibilities of committee members
• The Constitution
• Association compliance responsibilities
• Running useful meetings
• A Committee's HR responsibilities
• Financial oversight and obligations

The session is 3 hours and drinks and refreshments will be provded.
