Ticket entry entitles you to Dinner, Drinks, Music entertainment, stubby holder, ear tag and recovery breakfast the next morning.

Carpark gates open Friday. The ticket tent opens 2pm Saturday where you can collect your wristband. 

RULES

-You must be wearing your wristband to gain entry, these will be checked by gate security. As a way to keep rubbish to a minimum we ask that you return your empty can in order to get another one. RSA staff have the right to refuse you service if, in their opinion, find you to be intoxicated or behaving unruly.

-As a driver of a vehicle, you agree that you are responsible for that vehicle the entire time it is within the ball area. You also agree that you will not drive, or permit that vehicle to be driven at any time in a manner that disobeys Victorian Traffic Laws. The ball area is a public place and all traffic laws apply. NO CIRCLE WORK- hoon laws apply.

-NO FIRE ARMS / FIREWORKS / BULLETS

-NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS unless medically needed.

-NO CAMP FIRES

CAMPING / CARPARK

Camping is permitted on site Friday and Saturday ONLY. NO TICKET, NO ENTRY

TOILETS

Portable and disabled toilets are available within the venue and carpark

SECURITY / POLICE

There will be a large Security and Police presence within the carpark area and the ball venue. They have the right to refuse you entry and remove you from the ball venue.

DAY TIME ENTERTAINMENT / BBQ

Several stall holders will be onsite during the day Saturday near the ticketing area. Barbequed food will also be available for purchase for patrons between 2pm and 6pm near the ticketing area.

FREE DRINKING WATER

Committee will provide a bottled water delivery to the carparking area during the day Saturday. This water is free. Please take advantage of this service.
