Team Leaders Training

Leading a team is a joy and privilege! There are many things to celebrate in leading a team, but there are also times when leading a team can be difficult, especially when conflict arises! When this happens, how can we lead our teams in way that deals with conflict in a healthy way, rather than letting conflict lead to a toxic culture within our teams?

Steve & Jane Gibb have a wealth of knowledge and experience in training others to manage conflict. They will be leading our Team Leaders Training to equip us as leaders to confidently deal with the conflict that arise in our teams in a way that honours God and honours each other.
