Martin Crabb, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Investment Officer

Martin joined Shaw and Partners in April 2011. Prior to joining Shaw and Partners, Martin was an Executive Director at Macquarie Group where he worked for over 20 years in roles spanning Institutional Stockbroking, Wealth Management, Research and Portfolio Management. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Melbourne, with postgraduate studies in Applied Finance.

Craig Vardy, Managing Director, is Head of Australia Fixed Income, BlackRock

Craig's service with the firm dates back to 1992, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, he managed cash and fixed income portfolios. He joined BGI's predecessor BZW Investment Management where he was responsible for the preparation of the BARCEP (Barclays Australia Consensus Earnings Profile) report before moving into the investment team. Prior to that Craig worked in the equities and fixed income divisions of Mercantile & General Reinsurance Company.  Craig holds a BA degree in business from Charles Sturt University.
