Calling all lovers of the Australian BBQ.  Blokes, ladies and BBQ enthusiasts, it’s time to roll up your sleeves for an afternoon of BBQ 'inspo' when Matt Golinski shares his culinary tricks of the trade and View by Matt Golinski restaurant delivers its celebrated stylish fare.

Join Slow Food Noosa at View by Matt Golinski at Pepper’s Resort Noosa for Friday lunch and an interactive masterclass where Matt will reveal how to grill till your heart's content and give your next BBQ that ‘wow’ factor.

Price includes a welcome drink on arrival plus a 5-course meal showcasing Matt’s freshly BBQ’d fish, poultry, red meat and vegetables from a variety of your favourite local producers.  Make an afternoon of it as the View Happy Hour will commence at the end of this event.
