CHRL General Meeting - May 2023

We are excited to announce that we will have Lachlan Manning from Coffs Critters as our guest speaker at the meeting. Lachlan is an invertebrate specialist that wants to raise awareness of spineless critters including snails, spiders, scorpions, insects, centipedes and millipedes and their importance in our ecosystems. Lachlan will be presenting the results of survey work he undertook at the Nana Glen Travelling Stock Reserve comparing invertebrate richness and diversity between restored areas (through bush regeneration) and the remaining weedy area to see whether woody exotic plants are having a significantly negative impact on invertebrate species richness and diversity.
