Notice is hereby given of the 72^nd Annual General Meeting of the Gosford, Erina and Coastal Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc scheduled for:

Time: 7.30am to 8.30am

A nomination form is provided in this communication for any financial member seeking to nominate for the Board along with the Chamber’s Annual Report. This contains the Chamber’s Annual Presidents and Treasurer’s Reports along with the 2018-2019 Audited Financial Statements and Auditors Report.

Nominations close at 4.00pm on Friday 15^th November 2019 at which time only nominations received and completed in their entirety will be considered.

In accordance with the Chamber’ constitution, all persons who seek to nominate for the Chamber’s Board must have maintained a financial membership for no less than 12 months at either an individual or business membership level. All nominees must be financial at the time of nominating.

RSVP of attendance for the AGM is essential. The AGM only is free of costs. Members who would like breakfast included can book at a cost of $20.00.

Note: Only one financial member representative from any business can vote.
