Research Seminar – Pneumococcal research update with Beth Temple

Interested in learning about collaborative research from our Global and Tropical Health Division?

For our next research seminar, we’re delving into work relating to Pneumococcal vaccination for low- and middle-income countries, presented by Menzies school of Health Research epidemiologist, Beth Temple.

Hear from Beth as she shares an insight into her PhD research comparing 2 widely available pneumococcal vaccines as part of a large pneumococcal vaccine trials among infants in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This project is a collaboration between Menzies School of Health Research, the Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City, the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, Melbourne and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine where Beth recently submitted her thesis.
