Let's SauerKraut! Food Event. Cook wiz ze Germans...

Sauerkraut is known to be the German food. We celebrate German Week - the „Krauts“ in Australia, and we are going to prepare for a night of food at the magnificent Lumiere Culinary Studio (new Mercedes Precinct in Newstead) in the sexy company of good old German Miele Appliances! But not only Sauerkraut ....  

While we attend to the cooking show and create a quality live stream via our Facebook page, you can cook with us in real time! You will need to stock the INGREDIENTS published on our website (www.germanweek.com.au, Day 6 Oct) in your pantry to join!!

Also, during the event you can win a Miele Stick Vacuum, A Lumiere Cooking Class Voucher, German Seltheim Crockery...... instructions will be given by our SauerKraut Moderator Katharina Loesche from SBS German!
