★ CORNHOLE SOCIAL MIXER & TOURNEY – ADULTS ONLY - 1pm-5pm ★
🌽🕳️ Southern Courtyard 1pm – 5pm
🌽🕳️ ADULTS ONLY for this one BUT we’ll also have some mini cornhole boards and other games in the Northern Courtyard for kids. The North Courtyard is also where the trivia & game shows are taking place. So South Courtyard = Cornhole & Red Bull DJs, North = Trivia, Game Shows, DJs, Mainstage etc. LOTS Happening!
🌽🕳️ CORNHOLE SOCIAL MIXER – 1pm – 3pm (possibly goes later) – you will meet LOTS of new people. Come anytime, the earlier you get there the more friends you’ll make as this mixer has you moving around!
🌽🕳️ Cornhole Tourney & Social Play and more mixers – 3pm – 5pm. Depending on how many tourney entrants depends on how many of the 18 boards are used for the tourney. Either way, as the tourney progresses more board will open up for social/mixers
🌽🕳️ Tournament rules: teams will be 2 – 4 people depending on number of entrants. Games will be timed. Once umpire calls time, if both teams haven’t had the same number of tosses, the other team will still have time to even-out before tallying final score. Register on the day.
🌽🕳️ Once tourney boards free up, they’ll be open to everyone for social play!

But don't worry if you don't have a booking, it's a huge venue and we're keeping lots of tables open for walk-ins. There'll plenty of space for eating, drinking, dancing, fun, games and some surprises of course!

WALK-INS ON THE DAY - also welcome and the earlier you get there the better your chances. Also note, walk-ins do not get a charity raffle ticket included with their entry and if things fill up then the priority goes to those who purchases advanced tix
CHILDREN GET IN FREE - under 18s are welcome until 7pm. All kids will be getting some American treats on their way out!
